Very rare official accreditation from the 1990 World Cup finals that was owned by Mike Kelly, England's goalkeeping coach at the time. As a player Mike Kelly started at Chelsea, moved to Wimbledon, then QPR, Birmingham and Minnesota Kicks. Few passes from early tournaments ever surface and an England one makes it a little more special. Mike worked at the 1984 and 1990 World Cups and later worked with Roy Hodgson at Liverpool FC.
