2019 Directors Match Exchange Pennant PSG v Manchester United

This is the match exchange pennant that Manchester United gave the directors of Paris Saint-Germain before kick off in their Round of 16 knock out tie which was played in Paris on the 6th March 2019.  Original game memorabilia such as this pennant, is clearly very rare by definition.  The pennant is hand embroidered and hence the Manchester United badge is raised up and the match details are sewed beautifully.  The pennant is hung on a metal bar with two gold tassels one of which is visible in the photograph. At this time Manchester United used to produce 3 pennants of this size and a larger version, the larger version would be used on the pitch as the match- exchange pennant and the smaller ones used as gifts to their opponents.  There are by definition only 3 of these pennants in issue and as such are a very unique and rare pieces of memorabilia.  A wonderful item for any true Manchester United or PSG fan.
