2001 - Northampton VChelsea official programme 01/08/2001 friendly

This is a strange scenario that occured for this pre season friendly at Sixfields for the match between Northampton andChelsea on the 1st August 2001. TheChelsea match was arranged at short notice and after they had gone to print with an issue that covers the Cobbler's home matches against Wimbledon and their forthcoming game against Leicester City; so they inserted a black and white team-sheet that covered theChelsea game. The programme did not cover theChelsea game at all, but inside it is a black and white single sheet which explained the above and listed the teams. The single sheet in its original format is likely to become very very rare in years to come.
